*the moment he's in the room she starts to tear up* I just don't know what I did wrong to deserve all of this! Hiding out here, isn't helping either, but if you don't find a way to talk to them, to connect with them, you will lose them.... you can't allow them to just walk away, but you can't push them out the door either, all you can do is provide the better option. You have to be the better choice. You can't make them choose, that will always result in you not getting picked, but what you can do, is be the best choice where they pick you, not because you made them, but because they feel it's what's they need or want.
